GNUR 4377 - Risk Analysis and Implications for Practice

This course introduces the student to systems analysis as it relates to patient safety and risk reduction. Content will cover the role of the inter-professional healthcare team in identifying potential factors which lead to adverse medication events. Resources at the organizational, federal, state, and private level are reviewed in developing strategies that ensure care for vulnerable populations
