PEME 8015 - EM Toxicology (Name: Medical Taxicology)

The MS4 student will rotate for 2 or 4 weeks at the West Texas Regional Poison Center. The student is expected to become familiar with general approaches to the poisoned patient and clinical presentations of common toxidromes. Students should also develop a basic understanding of poison prevention (2 or 4 weeks) Offered:All year except September and February; 1 student per rotation
