Once the FGSBS admissions committee recommends a candidate for admission, th FGSBS office emails the candidate through the online application system. The FGSBS office requests the candidate to longin to the applicant’s profile, accept the admission offer, and pay the placement fee before the sstablished deadline.
The placement fee is a one-time, non-refundable $50 fee that is required upon acceptance of the admission offer which secures the student’s seat for matriculation.
Upon admission, all students are subject to the requirements listed in the TTUHSC El Paso Institutional Student Handbook: Code of Professional and Academic Conduct, the L. Frederick Francis Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences Student Handbook, and the L. Frederick Francis Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences Student Catalog.
Once the placement fee is received, the FGSBS office sends the incoming student the following information:
Initial matriculation takes place in the fall semester only. Failure to register in the term for which admission is granted requires a readmission process. Graduate students are permitted to register at any time beginning the first day of advance registration.
