GNUR 3015 - Fundamentals of Nursing Care Across the Lifespan

The course provides instruction in the knowledge, skills, and attitudes essential to developing competencies necessary to meet the needs of individuals throughout the lifespan.  At the end of the course, the successful learner will have developed the competencies necessary to assess for and recognize cues that are associated with actual or potential health problems and will be able to demonstrate competency in performing basic nursing skills for individuals with alterations in homeostasis.  Includes classroom, skills lab, simulation, and hands-on clinical instruction.
