PNEU 8012 - Neurointervention

This rotation exposes the student to the anatomy of the central nervous system vasculature. Students will learn the pathology and critical care management of neurovascular cases, including aneurysm, AVM, embolectomy in acute stroke, and acute stroke management. Students will also be required to participate in a scholarship activity during the month. Prerequisite: Clinical Neurosciences (4 weeks) Limit 1 student - Faculty: Dr. Maud, Dr. Rodriguez, Dr. Sheriff
