GNUR 3485 - Concepts of Chronic Care Nursing

This course emphasizes chronic care nursing concepts essential for professional nursing practice in a variety of settings. Special focus is on hte concepts of aging, health promotion, disease prevention, and genetics as well as illness management. Clinical judgment and reasoning and the integration of therapeutic nursing skills will be demonstrated through case study analysis and critical thinking activities.
