                | GSBE 5225 - ImmunologyThis course will cover basic and advanced concepts in immunology including: the innate and adaptive immune response to microbial infections, immune receptors and antigen recognition, immune ontogeny and anatomy. Students will learn how the immune response impacts disease and medicine, including: infections, immune deficiencies, vaccines, cancer, inflammatory diseases, allergies, autoimmunity and transplantation.
