Title IX


Title IX - Statement of Policy

The University is committed to providing and strengthening an educational, working, and living environment where students, faculty, staff, and visitors are free from sex discrimination of any kind. In accordance with Title VIITitle IXViolence against Women Act (VAWA)Campus Sexual Violence Elimination Act (SaVE), and other federal and state law, the University prohibits discrimination based on sex and other types of sexual misconduct.

Pregnant and Parenting Leave

The university is committed to support pregnant and parenting students. Voluntary disclosure may be made to the Office of Student Services and Student Engagement at MSB II second floor, or ttuhscep.edu/studentservices/default.aspx.
