  • Synthesize, integrate, translate, and apply new and prior learning for clinical decision-making, policy development, and healthcare leadership.
  • Promote positive relationships to facilitate ethical person-centered care built on evidence and to advance nursing practice. 
  • Lead collaborative team activities to analyze population health perspectives in provision of safe, person-centered care to nurture optimal health outcomes for diverse populations. 
  • Conduct scholarly inquiry through synthesis of best research and evidence to inform nursing practice, education, policy, and leadership for improving and transforming healthcare.
